We strive to provide our valued passengers a comfortable, clean, efficient transportation. Your safety & security are important to us, My Cabo Limo provides safe, on time and reliable Round Trip Airport Transportation at a fraction of the price of a taxi. 7 days a week/24hrs per day.

Our fleet of vehicles is fully insured and our agents are bilingual.

My Cabo Limo is Licensed by the Federal Communications and Transport Department.

In Los Cabos, there are many public transportation options but when you arrive, there is no guarantee your contracted company will be there to meet you. Many drivers may not speak English, the company might not be a licensed, and their vehicles could be older and in disrepair.

We offer private luxury SUVs, limos, Vans, Mercedes Sprinters, and coach bus services.

A private ride is private car service, meaning you will not be asked to share a vehicle with other travelers.

Terminal 1

Once you have collected your bags and cleared customs you will proceed through a set of sliding doors and into an area of Time Share Sales. It is especially important to note that you must proceed all the way outside without stopping inside. Time Share representatives are extremely creative and persistent in their techniques and should be avoided if you are not interested in purchasing their products and services.

Please note that My Cabo Limo is NOT AFFILIATED with any Time Share operation, even though some airport Time Share sales agents may try to trick you, by saying so. Please proceed to your right-hand side set of sliding doors that say “GROUPS/PREARRANGED TRANSPORTATION” our staff will meet you & greet you with a My Cabo Limo sign and your personal driver will assist with your luggage and direct you to your vehicle.

Terminal 2

Once you have collected your bags and cleared customs you will proceed through the first set of sliding doors and into an area of Time Share Sales. It is especially important to note that you must proceed all the way outside without stopping inside. Time Share representatives are extremely creative and persistent in their techniques and should be avoided if you are not interested in purchasing their products and services.

Please note that My Cabo Limo is NOT AFFILIATED with any Time Share operation, even though some airport Time Share sales agents may try to trick you, by saying so. please proceed through the last set of sliding doors to the outside of the terminal walk to tent num 10.

Our drivers will be more than happy to take you for groceries to any the supermarkets such as Walmart, La Comer, Costco etc. on the way to your hotel, Villa/Airbnb. This service must be reserved in advanced and has a charge of Suburban or Passenger Van $40hr / Sprinter $50hr.

We monitor all flights arriving at SJD International Airport. As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes to your arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. You do need to call us if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different flight or you miss your flight).

Yes, our courteous drivers are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage and other items you are carrying.

We offer services from the SJD International Airport to La Paz, Los Barriles, Todos Santos and Loreto. Private Service is required.

Travel times will vary depending on where you are staying, as well as traffic impacting the traveled routes. On average, the travel time to Cabo San Lucas is 45 minutes, to the Corridor 35 minutes and to San José del Cabo 25 minutes. Please take into account, that you should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure for international flights. My Cabo Limo is NOT responsible for late arrivals or departures.

To ensure you make your flight, we follow the Department of Aviation guidelines for airport departure times. We also try to account for delays due to weather and/or heavy traffic.

Reservations

For your convenience, we offer a buy online option for one-way or round trip transfers. Once this is processed, you will receive a transfer voucher with confirmation and instructions,as well as telephone numbers and pick up time.

If you are booking one way only, choose the “from the airport” option on the reservation form. If you are booking transportation for both departure and arrival airports, book the Round Trip Transfer. You will then be given the option of booking services within Los Cabos Area. When you get to Los Cabos Aiport, just present your printed confirmation to our driver.

We suggest reservations be made once you have your flight confirmation or at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute reservations, please call us at +1 (310) 536-3318  USA or Canada or click on the phone icon in the bottom right corner of this page.

Yes. We can provide free of charge car or booster seats and can guarantee that each vehicle will be properly equipped to secure your child’s car seat. Car or booster seats must be requested in advance in order to secure availability.

You can also e-mail us at Reservations@mycabolimo.com between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. MST. While My Cabo Limo is not responsible for any items that are lost or left in our vehicles, we will do our best to help you locate any lost items.

My Cabo Limo IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE, LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED LUGGAGE (INCLUDING CONTENTS). IMMEDIATELY NOTIFYING THE DRIVER OF ANY LOSS WILL PROVIDE THE BEST CHANCE OF RECOVERING LOST ITEMS.

Rates & Billing

Our rates are lower than a taxi, since we do not pay expensive airport booth and parking fees. Also, our vehicles newer, which require lower maintenance costs,which allows us to pass on the lower costs to our customers.

Once you have selected your service,you can pay via the Pay Pal credit card processing system through our Web Site.

Note: Charges for credit card transactions through PayPal will appear as “My Cabo Limo” on your credit card statement.

No, for the safety of of drivers and passengers are drivers do not carry any cash. All payments are made at the time of booking on our website.  Discounts available when  booking a round trip.

We require at least 2-hour notice to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel less than one hour before your scheduled pick up time, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Tipping is optional. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 18 –20%.

Online Sales are FINAL. However, you may call us or speak to an online representative and request a refund if you have a legitimate reason.

Yes, this service is available for 10-16 passenger vans with rear removable seats. Traveller will ride in a van’s regular comfortable OEM seat.

There is no luggage limit, as long as the luggage can be accommodated inside the type of vehicle reserved. An additional private vehicle will have to be reserved for other items that are not considered a suitcase such as bicycles, skis, large music instruments (i.e. cello, tuba,…)

We gladly provide transportation services for incentive groups, weddings and conventions. Our services include: Round Trip Airport Transfers, transportation within Los Cabos area and Todos Santos, such as rehearsal dinners, restaurant dine-outs, activities and golf.
